President: Alberto Barlocci, Esq.
Alberto Barlocci is Italian and was born in Naples in 1959. He obtained a high school diploma with specialization in Industrial Chemistry in 1978. He obtained a university degree in Law from Federico II de Naples University in 1985.
He frequented the Biennial Course of Religious and Social Sciences of the Mystici Corporis Institute of Loppiano (Florence, Italy)
He lived in Montevideo (Uruguay) from 1987 to 1999, where he was a journalist in several graphic and television mediums. Between 1996 and 1999 he was press chief of the morning edition of the news program of Uruguay's Canal 5. He was member of the Board of Directors of the Journalist Association of Uruguay (APU).
Since 2000 he has been living in Buenos Aires and he is currently Director of the monthly magazine Ciudad Nueva.
He collaborates with several publications of Argentina and other South American and European countries.
He specialized in matters related to international politics, globalization, foreign debt, climate change and communication; and he carried out activities as lecturer.
He makes up the international network of communicators, NetOne. He is a member of the International Centre of Studies "Escuela Abba". He is a member of the Department of Social Communication of the Argentinean Episcopal Conference (Decosoc).
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Cláritas.
