Prof. María Estela Ripa
She is a Professor of Educational Sciences graduated from the National University of La Plata. She is working on the thesis of the distance Doctorate in Education and New Information and Communication Technologies – UNED- Spain. She was awarded a Diploma of Advanced Studies in 2006.
She was a scholarship holder of the CONICET (1991-1994).
She was a trainer and designer of courses and training material for non-formal education for adults in public and private organizations (INAP, Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, Professional Associations, Banco Nación, Banco Crédito, Correo Argentino, Telefónica, Educable, etc.).
She designed and set off TESEO, the system of distance technical assistance of the Office for Strategic Planning and Organizational Reengineering, Undersecretariat of Public Service, National Cabinet Head Office (2001-2003).
She designed, set off and performed the pedagogical coordination of the School of Social and Political Education for Young People of MPU of Argentina, from Fundación Cláritas. (2003-2007).
