Syllabus:
Module I: What we talk about when we talk about resource mobilization in social organizations? Mobilization as process and cycle. Towards the “Culture of giving”.
Module II: Starting point. Sustainability, communication and development. The relational approach.
Module III: The resources to be generated are known by the original resources and the contacts you have. Research of the environment, the basket fund of the organization and the mobilization team.
Module IV: The sources of financing. Diversifying to reduce vulnerability.
Module V: The strategy of development and the methods to make requests. The donations pyramid. The "mix" of the development strategy.
Module VI: The plan for resource mobilization. A model to build.
Module VII: The ethical Framework of the resources mobilization. Our daily negotiations-the role of the mobilization professional.
Module VIII: Concluding to start again…
Going over the steps to deeply understand the cycle.
